Section 1. Terms• Artwork created by me cannot be sold as part of NFT and/or cryptocurrency related services.• Artwork created by me cannot be included in the datasets used to train artificial intelligence.• The artwork commissioned by the customer is for personal use only unless agreed to otherwise and cannot be used commercially including but not limited to; branding, merchandising, and advertisement.• All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless I find myself unable to complete the artwork or the customer requests a refund before I begin work.
Section 2. Payment• Payment should be paid half upfront and half when I have finished with the artwork.• All payment should be in USD, please account for taxes, conversion rates and/or the cut taken by the payment method (ex. paypal) and add the additional funds.• Payment sent via Ko-fi, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and Paypal is available, but Ko-fi is preferred. Payment will not be taken in the form of wire transfers or gift cards/prepaid cards.• The customer’s personal information is private and will only be used in relation to payment.• Any chargeback, attempted or otherwise, will be considered as an attempted scam resulting in loss of access to any artwork created. Contact me before cancelling payment if you require a refund.
Section 3. Proficiencies and CapabilitiesI can create artwork featuring the following:✦ Humans and humanoids
✦ Anthropomorphic characters and furries
✦ Animals such as cats, wolves, horses, birds, etc.
✦ Characters in armor
✦ Real people or pets
✦ Fanart/art of characters you don’t own
✦ Mechanical characters such as cyborgs, robots and androids
✦ Sexually explicit artwork (nsfw)
✦ Artwork featuring characters from intellectual properties not owned by the customer (fanart)
✦ Other things not specified hereI will not create artwork depicting the following:✦ Prompts featuring an adult(s) and a minor(s) in sexual/sensual situations
✦ Prompts featuring characters that are related by blood or by law (such as step-siblings/step-cousins)
✦ Prompts depicting minor(s)
✦ Prompts depicting real people/personas that aren’t yourself/your OCs (if don’t have explicit permission)
✦ Anything I’m personally uncomfortable with, I’m willing to hear you out and will simply turn you down if I am not interested.
✦ Prompts depicting animals (this does not include furries)
✦ Prompts featuring non-consensual/dubiously consensual sex
Section 4. How to Request ArtworkDuring or after inital messaging please include the type of commission you would like, a description of what you'd like and the following (all things listed not required):✧ character/photo reference

✧ other artwork that fit the atmosphere you want
✧ anything else you feel is necessary
Please do not tell me to "do anything"/“do whatever I want” as this makes my job of illustrating or animating to your tastes much harder and may result in a lackluster final product.This process stays the same for NSFW artworkArtwork requested that includes hateful symbology, language and/or depicting acts of bigotry fueled violence will result in cut contact and loss of access to any artwork.
CLEAN SKETCH - $25 USD
Includes:
• an illustration of your character of choice• you will get a png file of the artwork via g-drive• extra characters are an additional $15 each• skeb style (surprise/up to artist) unless something is asked forNO ENVIRONMENTS
SIMPLE RENDER - $35 USD
Includes:
• an illustration of your character of choice• a png file of the artwork via g-drive• rendering with a single color or gradient background• extra characters are an additional $15 each• semi-skeb, up to artist unless requested otherwiseNO ENVIRONMENTS
ILLUSTRATED SCENE - $150 USD
Includes:
• an illustration of your character(s) of choice• a png file of the artwork• fully colored and lit scene of your choice• may include grayscale sketches and character designs• extra characters are an additional $20 eachIllustrated scene commissions REQUIRE an initial sketch concept and environment references or equivalent before beginning.
CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN - $50 USD
Includes:
• an illustration a front view full body of your character, back view and turnaround available upon request• a png file of the artwork• may include sketches and color iterations
SIMPLE LOOP (animation) - $100 USDIncludes:• an animation of your character of choice• a 5 second maximum animated mp4 of the artwork• fully colored (unless otherwise asked)
